What do you want (really want) in your life? What are you working towards? What is it you’re trying to do, here? Narrow this for the many areas of your life.

How will you know you're on track or making progress? Explore a variety of feminine ways of knowing and choose what works for you.
Identify what might get in the way and what you can do to get ahead of that.
Pillars, Practices, Actions
Clearly outline the pillars you need to focus on in order to create the life you want. Then break down the habits, practices, activities that will support those pillars.
We all need community. Identify the people available to support you, those you may need to add to your circle, and how to ask for help.
Most times, we struggle to create the space needed to think clearly about what matters, what we want out of our lives. This retreat was masterful at giving space, direction and time to think, to allow the ideas and desires we want to have to come to light. It was an open and friendly atmosphere where laughter was easy and creativity flowed freely. Well done. The experience was incredible.

I grew up WILD in rural Alaska and now live in Seattle, WA, where I spend most of my time creating, coaching, developing leaders, wrangling my two little boys, and trying to find my own sense of balance and contribution.
I combine simplicity - and just the right amount of "woo" from my rural Alaskan roots - with leading thinking in leadership and personal development from my 11+ years working with leaders, especially women.
I have a Masters in Organizational Systems with a specialization in Leadership in Organizational Development, am a Professional Co-Active Coach, a trained Executive Coach through Saybrook University, a ProSci Certified Change Management Practitioner, a Certified Centering Facilitator, and have a B.S. in Nutrition. I've followed personal studies in Soul Reclamation, Somatic Experiencing, Mindfulness, Applied Behavioral Sciences, Humanistic and Positive Psychology, Neuroscience, Conflict Mediation, and more.
