6 Weeks of Wild is a group coaching program for modern women who want to learn to trust and express themselves, connect more deeply in relationships, and prioritize time for what's most important (including time to relax!) - without having to add "one more thing" to the to-do list.
I know that being a woman today can feel
overwhelming, stressful, depleting,
anxiety-inducing, and it seems impossible to
find the right balance.
Now, amidst a pandemic and
movement that calls us to dismantle
white supremacy culture, we know we need to
step up, speak up, and relentlessly focus on what really matters more than ever.
Yet, we again find ourselves fearful of speaking up, stretched thin, and not finding time for the things
we know are most important to us.
IT'S TIME FOR A NEW WAY.
You're overly busy and can’t seem to find the right balance.
You don’t know how to relax, let go, take time for yourself.
You often think…”If I can just get x, y, z done I’ll be more caught up and THEN I can relax.”
You're constantly thinking about daily, weekly, & future tasks, schedules, planning, etc.
You don't spend time _____ even though you know it will help.
You have no time for things you love and that inspire you.
You feel unmoored with no real sense of path or clarity.
Life feels overwhelming, frustrating, heavy, hopeless at times.
You're losing confidence in yourself because you don't take action on things.
You feel like you're never good enough, can never do enough.
Your perfectionist tendencies take over.
You are critical and judgmental toward yourself.
You've been struggling for a while and feel you're betraying yourself.
You were connected with your inner voice and knew what was important to you.

You chilled the heck out and took time for your Self.
You felt a sense of meaning and contentment: joy, peace, clarity.
You trusted yourself, your instincts, your inner strength.
You weren't so hard on yourself, and learned to accept and appreciate who you are.
You felt confident to set boundaries, say no, and have challenging conversations.
You could release past experiences and stories that hold shame, fear, and doubt in yourself and your gifts.
You knew you are not alone in your struggles, and felt sincere connection with other women.
You felt free! and were creating a life that's an expression of your authentic self.
I've struggled terribly with overwhelm, perfectionism, and trying to do it all.
I've had stretches of time that brought me to my knees, where I've looked myself in the mirror in panicked desperation and thought "I CANNOT DO THIS."
Sure, from the outside I looked fine; I was building my business, raising two beautiful boys, had a supportive partner, and a nice home. I was accomplishing so much but it wasn't sustainable.
One day I saw a selfie I'd taken with my son, one where I'd thought I was smiling. The woman I saw in that picture was a stranger to me; her sunken eyes had no sparkle, her eyebrows furrowed, her skin honestly even looked a little gray. My body was there but I was far away.
I started taking small steps to recover myself, drawing on the studies I'd done so far and incorporating new teachers.
It wasn't until I really looked at my own beliefs, values, assumptions, cultural stories and started taking small actions to see myself with more grace and compassion that I started coming home to my Self.
What I don't think other teachers and leaders out there are talking about is this:
The truth is, there is no magic solution.
Each of us has this work to do, for ourselves.
It's work over a lifetime, with layers that keep unfolding.
But we don't have to do it alone. In fact, we definitely should not do this work alone.
You have every resource within you to move out of your suffering and create a life that's an expression of your instincts, your voice, truest self. It's time to start on that journey now.

Cultural and family messages as well as your own limiting beliefs disconnect you from your wild. Understand the most common ways we hold ourselves back.
DRAWING THE LINE
Learn to draw the line and mean it. This means saying no and setting boundaries - and understanding the reasons you (and so many of us) struggle to do that.
How do you REALLY take care of your Soul Self? Move beyond bubble baths and your resistance/ excuses so you can go home to your Self.
SHAPING YOUR PATH
Craft your plan to continue this work within your own natural rhythms for work, play, and rest. Learn a feminine approach to time and planning.

I have a love for all things growth and development. I get super fired up about seeing women speak our truth and step into our leadership, especially to create positive social change.
I've used my 11+ years in coaching, leadership, and group development as well as my own experiences to create powerful programming that offers tangible skills that will move you forward (this is not instagram "spiritual influencer" fluff).

MORE ABOUT RACHEL
I grew up WILD in rural Alaska and now live in Seattle, WA, where I spend most of my time creating, coaching, developing leaders, wrangling my two little boys, and trying to find my own sense of balance and contribution.
I combine simplicity - and just the right amount of "woo" from my rural Alaskan roots - with leading thinking in leadership and personal development from my 11+ years working with leaders, especially women.
I have a Masters in Organizational Systems with a specialization in Leadership in Organizational Development, am a Professional Co-Active Coach, a trained Executive Coach through Saybrook University, a ProSci Certified Change Management Practitioner, a Certified Centering Facilitator, and have a B.S. in Nutrition. I've also followed personal studies in Soul Reclamation, Somatic Experiencing, Mindfulness, Applied Behavioral Sciences, Humanistic and Positive Psychology, Neuroscience, Conflict Mediation, and more.

WHEN WILL WE MEET LIVE FOR THE PROGRAM?
The content sessions will be on Tuesdays from 6-8:00 pm PST.
Weekly Q&A may vary, based on the needs of the group. The recording of the weekly Q&A will be available if you miss it.
WHAT IF I CAN'T MAKE A LIVE SESSION?
I encourage you to plan to attend every session, because that's where the facilitated learning, discussion, and community happens. If you do miss a session, the recording will be available for a limited time.
WHAT'S THE TIME COMMITMENT?
It will be about 2 hours a week. We'll meet live each week for 90 minutes, and I'll do a live Q&A once a week in our private group to answer questions or add additional content. Some lessons may include a small amount of pre-work so we can dive right in when we're together live. Beyond that, you may choose to spend additional time working with the content but it is not required.
WHAT KIND OF SUPPORT WILL I GET?
I'll be available during live sessions to answer questions, and will offer Q&A live weekly. The private group will be a great place to seek support from me and from other group members. I'll also be available via email or Marco Polo to offer additional support.
Some clients also choose to sign up for 1:1 coaching for more personalized support (two 30-minutes sessions are included as a bonus with enrollment before June 20).
